Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Tikrit, the Women's Affairs Unit organized an educational seminar titled “Self-Confidence and Its Role in Shaping Women’s Personalities”, as part of the unit’s programs aimed at empowering women and enhancing their active presence within the academic community.

The seminar addressed several important topics focusing on the role of the family, educational institutions, and society in strengthening women's self-confidence. Additionally, the seminar highlighted the importance of psychological and social support in developing women’s abilities, providing opportunities for them to express their potential, and encouraging their active participation in the workplace and the wider community.
The event was held in the seminar hall with the attendance of several faculty members, staff, and students, and witnessed fruitful engagement through discussions and contributions that enriched the seminar's themes.
